The gravel 150 was a crazy experience, well organized race, 1300 participants, extremely entertaining and hard route but the tempo and the pace was just crazy and I was trying to just hang on.

I definitely didn't drink enough, at some point pretty dehydrated and yeah the last two hours of the race I couldn't even hold 200 Watts which is very low for me, that's not even zone two.

There was a lot of sand, I put my tires way too hard but you know you learn from that, full bar is not good for gravel. After a very long race 5 hours and 11 minutes I came to the finish.

Full bar tire pressure is not good for gravel - riders need to run lower pressure for the sandy conditions.
Going quite a bit wider on tire choice would provide performance gains on this course.
Consider riding with a hydration pack for more water carrying capacity and flexibility between feed stops.
