Most training plans assume you’re average. A parent with 5 hours a week needs a plan that fits five hours; someone with 15 has more room to work. This isn’t a template with your name on it. It’s a plan built from your schedule, your fitness, your race, and the specific demands of the course you’re lining up for.
Your plan, personally reviewed and delivered in TrainingPeaks within 24 hours.
Every workout drops directly into TrainingPeaks, Zwift, Wahoo, or any platform that reads .zwo files. Power targets, cadence prescriptions (high RPM for efficiency, low RPM for gravel grinding), riding position cues (drops, hoods, standing), and durability efforts that simulate late-race fatigue. These dimensions change the stimulus even at identical power zones — because racing isn’t just about watts. Open your app. The workout is there. Start pedaling.
Your power zones. Your fueling protocol. Your race-week countdown. Phase-by-phase breakdown of what you’re building and why. If your race is in the database: suffering zones, terrain breakdown, altitude warnings, and the harsh reality of what the course demands. Not marketing. Data.
Racing at 6,700ft? In Kansas in June? The plan includes acclimatization protocols calibrated to your race conditions. Heat adaptation timelines. Altitude adjustment strategies. The stuff that separates finishing from finishing well.
Fueling protocol matched to your race distance and conditions. Calorie targets per hour. Hydration schedule. Race-morning meal timing. What to eat, when, and how much. Built from the course profile, not a generic calculator.
Cycling-specific. Not CrossFit. Exercises that transfer to the bike, scaled to your strength experience — whether you’ve never touched a barbell or you’ve been lifting for years. Matched to whatever equipment you have. Phases from general strength into race-specific power. Stops when the taper starts.

Your race. Your hours. Your fitness. Your constraints. Injuries. Goals. The stuff most plans never ask about. Five minutes. Be honest — the plan is only as good as the data.

You downloaded a 12-week plan from the internet. It assumed you had 15 hours a week and zero injuries. How'd that go?
A training plan gives you the structure. If you want weekly review, direct feedback, and recurring adjustments as life and fitness change, you’re going to need more than a training plan and a ChatGPT subscription.
Get Coaching“I finished Mid-South 45 minutes faster than last year. The plan accounted for my 6-hour work weeks and bad left knee. Nothing else I tried did that.”
— Jason R. · Mid-South 2025“First gravel century. The fueling plan alone saved me. I watched people bonk at mile 60 while I was eating exactly what my plan said to eat.”
— Sarah M. · Unbound 100 2025“I have 5 hours a week and two kids. Every session in this plan mattered. No junk miles. Finished Big Sugar strong for the first time ever.”
— Mark D. · Big Sugar 2025Your plan, personally reviewed and delivered in TrainingPeaks within 24 hours. Email support and two plan adjustments are included during the dates covered by your plan for changes to your schedule, available training hours, or equipment. Correcting a plan that does not match your order does not use an adjustment. The first rescale after the scheduled FTP test is included separately. Weekly review and recurring changes are part of Coaching.
Your entry fee was $175. Your hotel is $200. Your plan is $2/day. Don’t show up without one.
7-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If the plan doesn’t meet your expectations, email me within 7 days for a full refund. No questions. No hoops.
Not required. Every workout includes RPE targets so you can train by feel. But a power meter is strongly recommended — watt targets remove guesswork entirely. Heart rate works as a middle ground.
Mark it unknown. Week 1 includes an FTP test protocol. Reply with the result and I’ll rescale the remaining workouts. The first rescale after the scheduled FTP test is included separately and does not use one of your two adjustments.
.zwo files. Load directly into Zwift, TrainingPeaks, or anything that reads the format. Each file has power targets, cadence cues, and coaching text built in. Your guide is a web page — bookmark it.
$15 per week of training, computed from your race date. A 6-week plan is $90. A 12-week plan is $180. Anything over 16 weeks caps at $249. You pay for exactly what you need — no more.
This is a plan to execute yourself. Email support and two plan adjustments are included during the dates covered by your plan. Weekly review and recurring changes are part of Coaching.
The training still works. You won’t get race-specific intel (suffering zones, terrain breakdown), but the workouts, phases, and structure are identical.
